Research Foundation and a great team of concrete industry experts, Ceramic Cement Corporation (C3) was formed to create, industry test and commercially represent superior quality, water-activated ceramic cement-bonded concrete / coating products that provide eco-safe, ultra high strength, carbon credit worthy concrete / asphalt repair, construction / home building, decorative use, with mold, moss, bacteria, heat, cold, water, abrasion resistant surface protection.
With our most important problem-solving breakthrough being the invention and patenting of a significantly advanced ceramic cement radiation shielding / radiated waste containment concrete referred to as X-Rok, that has been nuclear tested and certified by Idaho National Labs and the Dept. of Energy to be a unique, eco-safe, superior way to shield radiation and encapsulate all levels of radiated waste in any shape of container. Including providing relatively easily end-user crew applied shielding protection from the world's No. 1 listed danger EMP radiation, either from solar emissions or electronically broadcast EMP radiation striking government and community facilities. With the 'unique', easy to make and use X-Rok concrete / coating shielding products ready to protectively use right now.
C3 has also removed the retail cost barriers currently related to the high cost of ceramic cement’s two essential magnesium/phosphate raw materials. First of all by placing our C3Ceramic cement products in the higher cost Ultra High Performance Concrete (UHPC) pricing category. Secondly, to continue reducing our retail cost to make our C3Ceramic Cement products more widely available, C3 has discovered a previously unrecognized 14-acre, 500,000 ton waste material source of one of its essential raw materials. A property ready to be purchased subject to preemptively securing samples and laboratory certifying the ‘recycled’ waste market value. Allowing C3 to eco-safely recycle the waste within the OEM pricing structure. And thirdly, in the near-future cost-effectively recycling our magnesium / phosphate raw materials from waste-water plants and the ocean.
And in the meantime, to remain a focused research, project management, cost-effective raw material production company C3 is cooperatively forming a Joint Venture Alliance with the Phoscrete Corporation (www.phoscrete.com), currently providing ceramic cement road/bridge repair for 25 U.S. DOT Dept. as the only other market worthy ceramic cement / concrete production, marketing, sales, distribution company in America and the world. Our C3 / Phoscrete Joint Venture will be known as C3Phoscrete.
With this level of ceramic cement market entry expertise, as we move into 2026 our C3Phoscrete alliance will continue introducing our seriously needed, eco-friendly, high strength, durable, problem-solving Ceramic Cement concrete/coating products to the world. And most importantly, ramp up servicing the exploding world market demand caused by climate changes, new nuclear waste disposal/storage obstacles, more frequent national forest fires, on-going earthquake / tornado disaster relief, and the increasing need for quick return to service, eco-safe, durable highway, bridge, construction and home concrete repair.
