The creation of the Ceramic Cement Corporation
The Ceramic Cement Corporation (C3) is a division of Co-Operations, Inc. (Co-Op). CO-Op is an international group of diverse expertise, with offices in London, England and Seattle , Washington , whose primary mission is to provide seed funding and market entry strategies to help innovative ideas and environmentally sound products move from concept to proven forms. To fulfill this nurturing / incubation mandate the Ceramic Cement Corporation (C3) was recently set up as a Washington State corporation in March 2007 to manage and administrate Co-Op's privately-funded, eight-year ceramic cement research project and the successful creation of three significant inventions, CeramXshield, ReMag and CeramiPhos. Another aspect of C3's ceramic cement mission is to provide a comprehensive consultant service to companies and governments interested in producing these earth-friendly cement/concrete formulas on a localized basis. C3 not only provides knowledge of advanced magnesium / phosphate (MagPhos) cement formulas, indigenous raw material resources and state-of-the-art manufacturing techniques, we also address and provide solutions for the current problems that must be understood to successfully produce and use these alternative, superior quality cement blends, chief amongst which is the escalating and prohibitive cost of the two essential magnesium / phosphate raw materials. Ceramic cement provides real and immediate solutions to a myriad of problems that the world's cement/concrete industries have endeavored to resolve throughout the twentieth century. Ecologically sound, economic, healthy products can now be produced that would not have previously been possible. Many of the ‘green’ products that are coming to the fore are inadvertently being adversely affected by the use of corrosive portland cements and and toxic laden epoxy bonding systems. Few people realize this fact and fewer still are aware that a superior alternative is available 'right now', subject only to resolving the current and prohibitively high cost of the essential magnesium / phosphate raw materials. Resolving this cost-competitive problem has become C3's number one priority and over the past year our ReMag and CeramiPhos inventions have made significant breakthroughs in proving these essential raw materials can 'in fact' be obtained from waste stream sources. With this dedication to resolving this magnesium / phosphate raw material problem now well advanced the 19th century French philosopher Victor Hugo's statement comes to mind, "there is nothing so powerful as an idea whose time has come". The director's of C3 believe if ever there were proof of the wisdom of that statement, ceramic cement is it! |
